Masterfully designed, the beautiful atrium welcomes you into a spacious indoor outdoor living area with two elegant dining locations. The villa is built around the breathtaking boulder which adds to the unique character of the property and highlights the premium architectural design that has gone into creating this property. The living area is set to side of the dramatic rock face and provides the perfect gathering space for family and friends. A fully equipped kitchen comprising of professional grade stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, range, oven, microwave, coffee machine, juicer & dishwasher, provide the perfect opportunity to create family meals or gourmet dining. Master Bedroom This stunning master bedroom has a double aspect, unspoiled view, of the ocean all from your king bed. With silk lined sheets and hand picked mattresses you're bound to get the vacation rest that you deserve. The pristine en suite has a his and hers sink plus a double headed shower to enjoy, with views out to the rocky bay below you. With ample amounts of wardrobe space and cupboards for two, you can un-pack and feel at home right away.
Guest bedrooms These air conditioned double rooms both have their own en suite & walk in showers with views of the North shore and the sparkling waters below. Each has their own balcony to step out and hear the lapping of the waves beneath you.The floor to ceiling glass doors invite you to lay back and watch the boats go by as you sip on your morning coffee. You can peacefully rest with your doors open and fall asleep to the sound of the sea and stay protected with built in mosquito curtains.
Guest House There is a separate two bedroom Guest House which is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the privacy and tranquility that the location provides. It is just set back from Cooper Bay with views of the brilliant blue waters and the glimmer of the sunset each night, each bedroom has its own private balcony and en suite. The comfortable lounge has a large flat screen smart TV and opens directly to the infinity pool with loungers and a BBQ, perfect for those Caribbean evenings. There is a outside covered dining area with enough space to enjoy an evening dinner. The two air conditioned bedrooms both have king beds and their own en suite and walk in showers with views of the sea below. The floor to ceiling glass doors invite you to lay back and watch the boats go by. This 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom villa is brand new and ready to enjoy your vacation in.
